Real estate search site has launched a free mobile application for the Apple iPhone, the site announced today.The app allows consumers to find listings near their current location or near an address they type in. Advanced search options allow users to filter by price range; number of bedrooms and bathrooms; and property type, which includes single-family homes, condominiums or townhomes, mobile homes, land, commercial properties, timeshares, rentals, vacation homes and new homes, among others. has about 32,000 listings nationally. Users can view results in either map or list view, and sort listings by factors such as asking price, distance from current location, number of bedrooms or bathrooms, city, property type, date activated, or whether the property has an upcoming open house.
