MLS rolls out ‘one stop shop’ for real estate tools

Denver-area platform includes marketing, analytics and mobile products

Denver-area multiple listing service Metrolist has launched a "one stop shop" of products and services for Colorado real estate professionals, the company announced Tuesday.

The platform, Metrolist Marketplace, offers users the ability to research, compare and purchase real estate tools. Users can search for tools by vendor or by category. Categories include marketing, productivity, mobile, analytics and education.

"With the launch of Metrolist Marketplace, we are … becoming increasingly aware of all of the tools utilized by today’s busy real estate professionals, and making them available alongside our MLS services," said James T. Wanzeck, Metrolist’s board chair, in a statement.

Product pages include a product description, technical specifications, user-submitted reviews, terms such as cost and availability, and shipping details when applicable.

New vendors and tools will be continuously added to the platform based on customer feedback, Metrolist said.
