It was within these stucco walls that the pair penned the Academy Award-winning screenplay for "Good Will Hunting," the flick that propelled them to A-list status. The broker babble claims the house was inspired by the Hansel and Gretel fairytale, but the four-bedroom fixer-upper is going to need to come up with a more convincing story to tell potential buyers. The celebrity connection hasn’t done the property any favors — it has been on the market for 195 days now without finding a buyer and took a $50,000 price cut earlier this month.
