Realogy’s luxury franchise brand, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, has launched a branded website targeting buyers looking for homes of historic significance, including landmarks and properties on the National Registry.

Designed to match the look and feel of the Sotheby’s International Realty website,, launches with more than $1.6 billion in historic property listings worldwide, the company said.

Sotheby’s International Realty has taken a similar approach with specialty market websites Farm & Ranch, Waterfront, Ski and Golf.

Founded in 1976 to provide independent brokerages with a marketing and referral program for luxury listings, the Sotheby’s International Realty network claims more than 13,000 sales associates working out of 670 independently owned and operated offices in 49 countries and territories worldwide.
