NuOffer, a real estate startup that recently launched an iPad app to facilitate the management of paperless offers, will soon become available to the 25,000 members of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the company announced.

Agents who belong to multiple listing services (MLS) in two other Texas metros, Austin and Corpus Christi, already have access to the app. NuOffer integrates with a local MLS and licenses a state’s official real estate forms with the aim of streamlining the digital offer process.

In Texas, where the PDF-based technology is currently in beta, participating agents pay $15 per month or $150 per year for unlimited offers through the system. Agents can submit an offer sheet in as little as three minutes, NuOffer founder Imraan Ali recently told Inman News columnist Bernice Ross.

NuOffer is one of 13 companies participating in Inman News’ real estate tech startup accelerator program, Inman Incubator.

The startup says it expects to strike a deal with the Dallas-area MLS North Texas Real Estate Information Systems Inc.
