IXACT Contact, the Toronto-based real estate customer relationship management (CRM) platform provider, has signed up two Canadian brokerages to its corporate program, giving the companies’ agents access to a branded version of the platform through a single sign-on portal at a discounted price.

The latest firms to sign up with IXACT Contact’s “Corporate/Office Program” are British Columbia-based brokerage Macdonald Realty, which has about 900 agents working out of 19 offices, and Mississauga, Ontario-based Sutton Group-Summit Realty Inc., which has more than 160 agents.

IXACT Contact customizes its CRM for firms participating in the corporate program, making it available to their agents with a volume discount and offering a corporate-billing option.

Other benefits to firms who participate in the program include customized, auto-loaded email headers, custom background colors on the platform, auto-loaded templates and the option to customize IXACT Contact’s monthly e-newsletter.

Both firms will market IXACT Contact in their training programs for new and existing agents. Sutton Group-Summit Realty will bill agents who sign up for the CRM through its corporate office.

In February, IXACT Contact signed up Florida luxury brokerage Illustrated Properties to the corporate program.

Earlier this month, the firm rolled out tools within the platform to help real estate team leaders manage their agents, including the ability to assign leads, appointments and tasks to selected team members, to create individual, shared calendars and other features.
