IXACT Contact Solutions Inc. has updated its real estate customer relationship management (CRM) tool to allow agents to store an unlimited amount of documents that are tied to individual contacts.

The latest version of IXACT Contact is also capable of generating reports detailing the communication history with each prospect or client, including a summary of properties and buying preferences, helping agents provide better service and build stronger relationships with clients. The CRM tool gives users a choice of beige, blue, silver or green color themes.

The company has “many more exciting enhancements” in the pipeline, IXACT Contact’s Rich Gaasenbeek said in a statement, including “a big one in the very near future related to email integration” and expanded lead capture options.
