PlanetRE launches Facebook IDX apps to capture leads for Socialite CRM

Updated lead management solution also provides integration with agents' Zillow accounts

PlanetRE today rolled out an update of its enterprise customer relationship management solution, Socialite, that allows agents and brokers to capture leads directly from their branded Facebook business pages using a library of new customizable Facebook Internet data exchange (IDX) listing apps.

When agents and brokers embed the sponsored Facebook IDX apps — which use live MLS listings data, where permitted — on their business pages, consumers can conduct property searches, research market valuations, learn about local community portals, and discover featured properties without leaving Facebook.

The apps transform a static business page “into a rich branded consumer search portal, with dynamic customizable MLS search content accessible right inside Facebook, and leads are captured in CRM with intelligence,” the company said.

When leads are captured, agents get an alert along with a visitor profile that’s stored in the CRM database. Leads can be incubated using Socialite’s built-in mass email, texting, social drip campaigns and new techniques in predictive marketing,” the company said.

The latest version of Socialite also provides integration to bring leads from agents’ Zillow accounts to Socialite CRM. Last month PlanetRE was announced as one of nine new Zillow Tech Connect partners. Other new partners in the  program, which allows technology tools to directly integrate with Zillow, were BombBomb, Commissions Inc., Contactually, PlanPlus Online, Slacker by King of Casas, TORCHx, Wise Agent and ZipRealty.
