Since 2000, Spherexx has been a provider of digital marketing and property management services for the multi-housing industry. The recent launch of LeasingBook is its next step in mobile technology tools for leasing agents.

The tool offers features to make the process of gathering data and leasing an apartment more streamlined.

LeasingBook works on three different levels, which are dependent on whether the product will be used as a stand-alone, in conjunction with Spherexx’s CRM, ILoveLeasing.com, or as a data exchange with property management accounting or revenue management pricing software.

The leasing application also has two major prongs: a data card collection and the digital presentation functionality.

The guest card feature allows leasing agents to fill out the most important data from on-site prospects through scanning functionality. Agents can file general data, like name and phone number, but also what that individual is looking for, such as desired move-in date and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Some data is automatically acquired, and more detailed information can be entered manually by the leasing agent. Once the guest card is saved, LeasingBook automatically sends a property overview to the prospect. Then, the search feature allows agents to follow up with those prospects.

Although users can integrate whatever companion software they want with LeasingBook, it was created to work with IloveLeasing.com. The customer relationship management software automatically collects the data from the guest cards to add to a database. The revenue management application RentPush is also integrated to generate and deliver quotes.

LeasingBook is available currently only for the iPad, with an Android version in production.
