In this week’s episode of the Wright Brothers Podcast, Casey and Corey dig into what it means to be a top recruiter and share the wisdom they’ve garnered both in their own business and by providing lead generation services that took Keller Williams to where it is today.
Systems can be passive or active, and ideally you’ll want the right mix of both. Active systems include phone calls and meeting and hosting events. Passive systems can consist of online advertising, email campaigns and scaled events.
Remember that systems scale while people do not. The more you put your energy into putting systems in place that do a lot of the work for you, the more you can scale and grow your business.
Focus on metrics
Having a system is useless if there’s no way to evaluate whether it’s working. This is where data collection comes in.
You want to look regularly at numbers such as how much money your company is making and how that averages out over the number of agents you have.
You also want to know the real cost of an agent regarding office overhead, office resources and, of course, the commission split.
Plan a career night
This is an excellent example of what it means to scale. Having a career night at your office is a good way to meet and possibly recruit local talent. The group setting helps to put people at ease and provides an environment where everyone can learn from each other.
You and your team can explain the basics, strategies and challenges of building a real estate career. The kicker is that you don’t have to spend an hour with eight different people, you can spend one hour with eight people at a time.
By focusing on the right systems and key metrics for your business, your leads will skyrocket. Just make sure to harness that new goldmine into a well-thought out career night to ensure the best conversion possible. With these three key tips in your back pocket, global domination is easily within your reach.
