This is an excellent example of what it means to scale. Having a career night at your office is a good way to meet and possibly recruit local talent. The group setting helps to put people at ease and provides an environment where everyone can learn from each other.
You and your team can explain the basics, strategies and challenges of building a real estate career. The kicker is that you don’t have to spend an hour with eight different people, you can spend one hour with eight people at a time.
By focusing on the right systems and key metrics for your business, your leads will skyrocket.
