Independent brokerage Compass absorbed Strough Real Estate Brokerage in the Hamptons and opened an office in Sag Harbor.
The Middlesex County Multiple Listing System in New Jersey will offer Instanet Solutions paperless platforms for MLS members.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties announced that The Lund Group joined the firm.
Century 21 Real Estate announced that it is now affiliated with Blue Marlin Realty Group, a luxury brokerage in the Northwest Florida panhandle.
The Hirschhorn-Fincato Team (comprising Diana Hirschborn and Bethanie Fincato) was formed at Long & Foster Real Estate, operating out of the company’s Bel Air Central office.
TitleVest expanded its Westchester County office.
Stillman Property Management will provide services for JENN Realty, Schuyler Condominium, Greenwich Hills Association, Putnam Park Apartments, Winthrop House Association and Greenwich Harbor View Association.

Freddie Mac and Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative announced a new relationship giving Lenders One members pricing and execution benefits and other perks.
The Council of Residential Specialists announced a new partnership with RESAAS Services Inc., a cloud-based social business platform for the real estate services industry. The companies will develop a private-label CRS Marketplace member benefit available to CRS Members.

MIPM, a real estate market, conference and networking event, announced it will participate with the Brookings Institution for the MIPIM 2016 conference in Cannes.
January 11
DeedPro, an online deed transfer services platform, announced the launch of a new website.
January 12
Rainforest Realty in Belize joined Keller Williams Worldwide.
McMillin Realty in San Diego joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
January 14
United Real Estate, a franchise organization, partnered with Relola to offer it to agents.
Century 21 Affiliated in Madison, Wisconsin, and Century 21 New Millennium in Alexandria, Virginia, renewed their franchise agreements with Century 21.
January 18
Updater, a startup that helps manage residential moves, signed Fairfield Residential Company as a client.
My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service members can create MLS listings using Matrix data entry forms.
January 20
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate announced that it has added Golden Door Realty in Farmington, New Mexico, to its franchise network.
National Association of Realtors members now have access to Realtors Vision Insurance and Members TeleHealth plans.

Sotheby’s International Realty announced that the affiliate brokerage Gold Coast Sotheby’s International Realty in Queensland, Australia, will now do business as Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.
ERA Real Estate is now affiliated with The Russell Realty Group based in North Reading, Massachusetts. It will rebrand as ERA Russell Realty Group.
