Starting in May, members of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors (GFLR) will be able to access Property Panorama’s InstaView services. This association joins 140 other regional MLSs across the country to use the streamlining media application.
“Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors is always looking to create more value for our membership,” said Casey Angel, director of communications for GFLR. “Property Panorama is helping offer our members a complimentary service (Virtual Tours) that can help market their properties, and themselves, with no additional cost. There are opportunities in Property Panorama to upgrade to the enhanced features, but this complimentary service is something we haven’t offered until now.”
Serving more than 10,000 agents, GFLR adds its roster to the more than 460,000 members across America that take advantage of Property Panorama’s services.
“The way our system works is as soon as we integrate with an MLS, within an hour we pull listing info, create a virtual tour, attach unbranded content back to MLS, send the agent the branded version, and we create PDF virtual fliers,” said Colton Slater, director of product management. Slater also handles marketing for the company.
New features
For agents, the service is becoming a standard for marketing. Members upload photos straight into their MLS as they always have, and Property Panorama generates the content. The videos, Slater said, are guaranteed within 24 hours to give time for rendering content. By remaining in-synch with the MLS, Property Panorama auto-detects any changes or updates to the property and amends the content accordingly.
“One of the great features that is sure to be a huge benefit for our members is the automatic creation of their virtual tour,” Angel said. One tool in particular, the unique YouTube URL, makes for quick updates and shareable content for agents.
The launch date is May 9
GFLR will officially begin using Property Panorama on May 9. Angel said that agents under the GFLR umbrella will receive an email notifying them of the changes and what to expect from the new service. GFLR is moving from RealBiz360, another MLS-sourcing content platform.
