Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, is, for the seventh consecutive year, the exclusive real estate partner for HGTV’s Ultimate House Hunt.

Every home featured is represented by Luxury Portfolio International agents, and consumers will be able to participate in a month-long showcase and contest of the world’s most beautiful homes across eight categories:

  • Homes with history
  • Curb appeal
  • Global homes
  • Urban digs
  • Extreme homes
  • Modern masterpieces
  • Do you love it, or would you list it?
  • Amazing kitchens

From June 12 to July 17, consumers will be able to vote for their favorite home in each category as well as cast their ballot for the top honor — the “Overall Fan Favorite” award.

“We are delighted to join forces with HGTV again this year to showcase some of our members’ most stunning listings, from the ever-popular Waterfront Homes category to the exciting new collection of Urban Digs,” said Leading Real Estate Companies of the World president and CEO Paul Boomsma in a statement.

“It’s always a thrill to see which of the incredible featured properties attract the most attention from HGTV’s audience of home enthusiasts.”

Last year, more than 1 million people cast their vote, and a two-acre beachfront estate named Mandalay Villa on the scenic island of Turks and Caicos took home the “Overall Fan Favorite” and “Best Waterfront Home” awards.

The home, which is a stone’s throw away from Long Beach, has seven bedrooms, a kitchen that opens into an outdoor patio and multi-level decks that allow residents to look out to the Carribean Sea or over the LED-lit pool and lounge in the courtyard.

If you have an extra $11.5 million that you can let go as smoothly as the summer breeze, then Mandalay Villa can still be yours. Other winners included a contemporary ranch house nestled in a California hillside, a Meditteranean-style estate overlooking a Swiss lake and Casa Carmela — a small, rustic cottage with luxurious style.

This year’s finalists include 88 homes in 13 countries represented by 49 real estate companies, such as @properties, Alain Pinel Realtors and Baird & Warner.
