The intent of the new service is to provide real estate agents with the company’s high-end marketing technologies in conjunction with hands-on oversight and carefully tailored outreach tactics.
The idea is emulate what’s offered by Madison Avenue-esque marketing and advertising firms while agents remain focused on servicing their sales pipeline.
Calling itself the “first ever” agency for real estate agents, Curaytor Agency will create custom websites, connected outreach strategies and execution and a personal adviser help steer campaigns.
According to an exclusive press release to Inman, the service will offer agents “a creative and personalized marketing plan to clarify their overall message and grow their personal brand, including StoryBranded websites and advanced marketing campaigns with an on-hand expert for any assistance or support.”
The subscription service will start at $2,975 each month, in addition to the company’s base services, which cost $1,275 monthly.
The company’s co-founder, Chris Smith, said that he wants the new service to help customers bridge the gap between an agent’s personal level of service and what’s depicted online.
“A lot of times, you’ll have a great agent, but they don’t look the part online. That’s where Agency comes in — we want to make you look as successful
online as you are in real life,” Smith said in the press release.
Team members in place to help Agency clients are StoryBrand Certified, a creative industry recognition involving four days of classes and marketing training.
