Luxury real estate powerhouse Holly Parker is making a big move — after 25 years at Douglas Elliman, she’s taking her elite team to Compass in New York, the brokerage announced Wednesday.
Parker has inked more than $10 billion in sales and boasts annual sales volume surpassing $500 million and a decade-long streak as Elliman’s #1 or #2 agent, according to the announcement.

“We are thrilled to welcome Holly and her team to Compass,” Compass co-founder and CEO Robert Reffkin said in a statement to Inman.
Parker’s team, the Holly Parker Team, is known for breaking records and handling some of New York’s most prestigious deals. Parker has led sellouts at Jean Novel’s 100 11th Avenue and 10 Madison Square West, where she shattered price projections with an $850 million total.
Parker’s clientele is as diverse as it is distinguished, including a mix of first-time buyers, Fortune 500 executives and A-list celebrities. Her bold strategies and client-first approach have earned her a reputation as one of the most trusted names in the business.

For Parker, the move to Compass is all about the future, she said.

Her transition comes as Compass rolls out Compass One, an end-to-end client-facing platform designed to streamline service and strengthen agent and client relationships.
