Austin James Realty, an independent brokerage in Virginia, has officially joined Keller Williams Coastal Virginia Chesapeake, executives announced Thursday.
Under the leadership of owner Austin Frangoules, the 23-agent team has a broader plan to strengthen its presence across Virginia and North Carolina. The team currently operates at 110 Volvo Parkway, Suite 200 in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Over the past two years, Austin James Realty has maintained high sales volume. In 2024, the team closed 117 transactions, totaling $36.1 million in sales volume. That followed a strong 2023 when the team sold 205 units, equivalent to $58.4 million in sales volume.
Frangoules said the move to Keller Williams was a strategic decision aimed at building on that momentum.

“I chose KW because the operations they have created will help propel our group to the next level,” Frangoules said in a statement. “It’ll give us a strong base to build on and truly grow from there.”
He also emphasized that social media and networking have been key tools in the team’s growth and production, “The more people see our name, the more we will grow. And knowing we have KW behind us, we will be unstoppable,” Frangoules said.
Keller Williams’ leaders welcomed the team, but pointed out that long-standing relationships helped make the transition seamless.

In addition to his role at Austin James Realty, Frangoules brings a broad range of real estate and business experience. He has served as a licensed Realtor since 2015, and has since launched several companies, including East Coast Mortgage, East Coast Insurance, Protector Title and Frangoules Enterprises.
Frangoules’ specialties include vacation and short-term rentals, investment properties, buyer’s agents, listing agents and insurance.
