Hive MLS is rolling out RealReports, an AI-powered property intelligence platform, to its entire subscriber base of nearly 20,000 brokers and agents across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Effective Sept. 15, the expansion gives every Hive subscriber access to RealReports’ Business Momentum Engine, which pulls property data from more than 100 sources covering upwards of 150 million U.S. properties into a single interface.
The platform also includes Aiden, RealReports’ agentic AI layer. The company says Aiden is meant to help agents move from raw property data to specific next actions, such as identifying opportunities, drafting client-ready materials and surfacing pricing context, rather than just answering lookup questions.
Hive’s rollout of RealReports started smaller. In 2025, the MLS introduced RealReports to roughly 6,400 subscribers across its Georgia markets, including Savannah Multi-List Corporation, Classic MLS of Athens and Realtors of Greater Augusta. That pilot now underpins the systemwide expansion into North Carolina and South Carolina.

“RealReports has been a tremendous success with our Georgia subscribers,” said Daniel Jones, CEO of Hive MLS (formerly NCRMLS). “We’re excited to build on that success by adopting it throughout Hive MLS.”
RealReports co-founder and CEO James Rogers framed the expansion as validation of the company’s pivot toward agentic tools. “This new agentic phase moves RealReports beyond answering questions and toward helping agents recognize opportunities, take action, and generate real business,” he said.
The deal adds to a run of MLS partnerships for RealReports as the company competes with a growing field of AI-driven property intelligence tools courting MLS distribution deals rather than direct-to-agent sales.
For Hive, the expansion lands alongside other recent recognition. The MLS was named a 2026 Inman Innovator Award finalist and swept all seven categories in WAV Group’s 2026 Customer Experience Index survey for “Best MLS.”
