As Creative Director, Janet Pozos offers a hands-on approach to real estate marketing design combined with a service-centered approach that drives optimal impact and results. Having developed the visual storytelling for hundreds of homes, including an array of multi-million dollar properties, and for dozens of individual agents, Janet provides both visionary design and an understanding of how it impacts profitability. Originally from the small town of Carpinteria, California, Janet’s background encompasses a lifelong interest in real estate. After graduating from the Art Institute of California at Orange County with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, she got her real estate license in 2011. This allowed her to combine her passion for design with real-world, boots-on-the-ground professional insight into every stage of the real estate transaction. In addition to her marketing and design work for the real estate industry, Janet served as Director of Communications for the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce with oversight for marketing. She has been recognized for her work in the design of both online communications and websites.
