Michele Serro is the founder and CEO of Doorsteps, a tool that enhances the relationship between buyers, agents, lenders and service providers. Doorsteps helps consumers decide whether to buy, how to get ready faster, and then make the smartest possible choices along the way. A former opera singer, Michele has spent a majority of her career as a design consultant, before turning her sights and passion on changing the way that people find, buy and own homes. Michele is fascinated with finding better, more human-centered ways to harness the internet to support people through major life events. Recently, she was an Associate Partner at IDEO, an innovation and design consultancy, and co-founded the NY office. She is a graduate of The Juilliard School and Indiana University.
