RED’s online advertising service, the Real Estate and Living Media Network (REALM), will also operate all of CRMLS’ online advertising, including that found on its consumer-facing property search portal, the company added. The portal, HomeSeekers.com, which directs from the old SoCalMLS.com site, will be redesigned and rebranded for CRMLS by RED, a company spokesman told Inman News.

CRMLS and SoCalMLS merged in August. CRMLS did not have any advertising in place before its agreement with RED, the spokesman said.

Real Estate Digital has also partnered with Denver-area MLS Metrolist, which has 16,000 members. The company’s MLS Portal product will power Metrolist’s consumer-facing property search site, recolorado.com. In addition, as with CRMLS, the company’s REALM network will operate all of Metrolist’s online advertising.

Real Estate Digital formed in September after an LPS Real Estate Group management buyout. After the buyout, Real Estate Digital took over several product lines including REALM, MLS Portal, DocCentral, and the rDesk products. Inman News is a client of the REALM service.
