How to Amplify Your Real Estate Business With Video

Video marketing is probably one of the most under utilized tools by real estate agents today.


Consider some of these stats:

  • YouTube exceeds 2 billion+ views a day which is nearly double the prime-time audience of all 3 major networks combined
  • The average person spends 15 minutes a day on YouTube
  • By using video you have a 50x better chance of ranking on page 1 of Google

Why video? Video has the ability to increase your business, build better relationships, and amplify your credibility.  With today’s technology, it is easier than ever to capture great video. Here’s an easy idea: Have you thought about creating a home tour video vignette for buyers? How often have you shown multiple homes to a buyer and they can’t distinguish one home from another or even remember what they saw?  Now you have to schlep them back to the same homes again.  As you walk through the homes, shoot quick videos of each home…what the buyer liked or didn’t like.  When you send the video to the buyer, they will inevitably share with friends and family…voila, viral marketing for you.
