I recently polled a group of agents to find out how much time they were spending on Facebook. On average, the respondents were spending about an hour a day logged in. That doesn’t sound like an a lot of time in the context of a day, but when you look at it over the course of a year, these respondents are investing 300-400 hours into the Facebook platform. Yet despite this huge investment of time that we put into Facebook, I believe many agents feel less than satisfied with their results.
