[php function=1] I recently had the chance to interview Eli Portnoy, CEO of ThinkNear.com.

ThinkNear launched literally just a few weeks ago, and we were thrilled to have Eli onstage at Real Estate Connect San Francisco as one of our “Innovation Showcase: Must See Tech Trends.”

ThinkNear.com is a really exciting new platform and one of the things I like most about it is their focus on local, and what is happening in the community.

One of the things agents tell me all the time is the passion they have for their local community.

According to their website:

“ThinkNear drives customers to your business during down times by automatically creating coupons that nearby consumers can view on their mobile phones. Think of it as an instant happy hour machine. Whenever things are slow for you, we automatically create discounts and get people in the door.”

ThinkNear offers a really unique solution for local businesses and organization, I also love that they are seizing this opportunity in a down market to help the economy and boost local revenue.

Right now ThinkNear is available in New York City, but I hope to see them expanding soon!
