More than 25 billion applications have been downloaded in iTunes.
So why doesn’t your MLS have one?
MLS-Touch built an app that brings the critical features an agent in the field needs to the iPhone and iPad. Now it just needs the MLSs to buy in, often a difficult task for software companies seeking precious data feeds.
During Demo Day at the Inman News offices I interviewed Jeremy Lehman. Jeremy is a practicing agent in Southern California who estimates he uses the app for 80 percent of his MLS needs. He is involved with the developers of the app and passionate about making this available to all agents.
Will 2012 finally be the year every agent has an app for that (the MLS)?
Let’s hope so.
