A former real estate agent allegedly “used his home sales experience to become a crafty burglar,” KREM.com reports, and now faces charges of burglary and trafficking in stolen property.

Derek A. Larson was under surveillance when he was arrested June 27 leaving an unoccupied home with several pieces of art. Now the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office says it’s recovered $15,000 worth of stolen appliances in another home for sale. Source: krem.com.
