Agents stand to lose more than $600,000 in commissions after brokerage declares bankruptcy

At least 20 Montreal real estate agents aren’t sure if they’ll ever see more than $600,000 in commissions that are in legal limbo after their brokerage was accused of defrauding its bank and then declared bankrupcty.  One Sutton Royal agent who’s out nearly $300,000 says he can’t concentrate on his job anymore and hasn’t made a sale since the scandal broke.
