The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) could overreach in implementing the new “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing,” writes Bob Ehrlich, the former governor of Maryland and a columnist for The Baltimore Sun.

The “discrimination database” enables the government to track diversity by ZIP code through a database and “push policies to change those that it deems discriminatory,” Ehrlich said.
