C. Bud Moscony has been named Stewart Title’s director of homebuilder relations, a role he’d filled on an interim basis following the unexpected death of Ken Phillips.

“We are greatly saddened by the passing of Ken Phillips, and extend our deepest sympathy to his family and friends,” said Glenn Clements, group president of direct operations, in a statement. “After the unexpected death of Ken, Bud has led our homebuilder relations team, and we are pleased to have him ready to lead this group on a permanent basis. He is a natural leader, and will be able to expand our builder and developer operations and services for our clients.”

A member of the Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar associations, Moscony has worked in real estate and financial services for more than 30 years, and recently served as a board member of the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO). Source: businesswire.com.
