Don’t call it the flyover: Nashville is attracting a growing number of new residents from other states, and Realtors are helping homebuyers who are relocating discover homes that aren’t officially on the market, educating them about the city’s best neighborhoods, and helping them get rennovation projects off on the right foot, The Tennessean reports.
Larry Lipman of The Lipman Group-Sotheby’s International Realty estimates that about 35 percent of his firm’s business is relocations. Zeitlin & Co. Managing Broker Jessica Averbuch says about 17 percent of her clients are relocating to Nashville. Affordable and friendly, Nashville’s also big enough to boast amenities like a symphony, art galleries and museums, and professional sports teams.
“They want to have the life in Nashville that they can’t have in New York or San Francisco,” Averbuch told the newspaper. Source: tennessean.com.
