Canadian national home sales increased 3.3 percent month over month in June, but were down 0.6 percent (not seasonally adjusted) from last year, The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) reported.

Inventory dropped marginally, sliding 0.5 percent in June compared to May, with the national home sales price rising 4.8 percent on an annual basis, the CREA said. Source: CREA
