Brokerage and listing portal has identified what it’s calling “The 10 Most Redneck Cities in America” — which includes Cleveland, Ohio, but no cities in Alabama. Movoto says it evaluated eight factors:

  • Percent of population that didn’t finish high school
  • Gun and ammo stores per capita
  • Taxidermists per capita
  • Cowboy boot stores per capita
  • Country radio stations per capita
  • NASCAR race tracks “close by”
  • Number of Walmarts per capita
  • Riding lawn mower/tractor repair shops per capita

The “winners” are:

  1. Atlanta
  2. Kansas City
  3. Oklahoma City
  4. Nashville
  5. Tulsa
  6. Fort Worth
  7. Arlington
  8. Sacramento
