Inventory, already low in the Boulder, Colo., market, is down about one-third because of water damage from disastrous  flooding, and the floods seem to be pushing some buyers who were having trouble deciding between a detached home and a condo that a condo is the way to go, Realtor Kelly Moye tells 9NEWS.

It’s been challenging financing even unaffected properties in Boulder and Weld counties, as lenders are requiring reinspections by appraisers. In the long run, Moye thinks that in the long run, rebuilding and remodeling will improve neighborhoods and home values in flood-stricken areas. Source:
