An “extraordinarily low” supply of condos in downtown Seattle — just 98 were on the market last month — and a dearth of planned construction could fuel a resumption of condo conversions as the number of jobs in the region continues to grow at a pace of nearly 3 percent a year, the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Marc Stiles reports, citing a report by Marcus & Millichap.
