Realtors in the San Francisco Bay Area are employing drone photography to market even modestly prices homes, the San Francisco Chronicle’s Kathleen Pender reports.

Even though homes are selling fast in the Bay Area, aerial shots of properties located in spectacular settings can help sellers get top dollar, says Marika Sakellariou, a Realtor with McGuire Realty in Mill Valley.

Sakellariou tells Pender that she plans to use drone photography on all of her listings, paying for the images herself as part of her marketing costs. Source: sfgate.com.
