While looks aren’t everything, a study published in the May 2012 edition of Applied Financial Economics found that attractive agents listed and sold homes for more. Each one-point increase in attractiveness on a scale of 1 to 10 was correlated with a $10,989 increase in list price and an $8,467 increase in sales price, on average. Source: phillymag.com.
