Sculpture, murals, paintings and installations — all are part of the “art-ification” of marketing luxury condos in South Florida, the Miami Herald reports.

“While developers for years have paired exceptional art with luxury real estate in South Florida, the combination lately has been elevated to a whole new level,” the Herald reports. “And customers are demanding it.”

Related Group, which has eight art-adorned condo projects underway, has invested $50 million in art over the years, the president of the company’s condo division, Carlos Rosso, tells the paper. Source:
