“Alligators are mentioned about every two minutes” in “Buying the Bayou,” a new real estate reality show featuring swampy locales from Florida to Texas from Destination America, New York Times critic Neil Genzlinger reports.
“These buyers want to be in the swamps, and having a skinning rack in the yard is more important than having drinkable running water,” Genzlinger cracks.
The show, he says, is a “cousin” to Destination America’s “Buying Alaska.” Source: nytimes.com.
