Gov. Andrew Cuomo dubbed 'Albany's newest real estate agent'

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is luring companies to set up shop in buildings owned or located nearby college local campuses in Albany by waiving their taxes for 10 years.

Due to Cuomo’s “Startup-UP NY” program, Albany Business Review reporter Adam Sichko has dubbed Cuomo Albany’s “newest real estate agent.”
