When it was released to tepid reviews in the U.S., it was called “Finding Mr. Right.” But the original title of one of China’s top-grossing films of all time was “Beijing Meets Seattle,” and The New York Times is giving it some of the credit for the city’s popularity with Chinese buyers. Never mind that much of the movie was shot in Vancouver. Which is also popular with Chinese buyers. Source: nytimes.com.
