Honolulu police investigating the murder of Happy Hawaii Homes LLC principal broker Mary Beth San Juan are starting out on a cold trail, saying she may have been dead for two or three days before her body was found.

San Juan, 58, was divorced from her husband about six years ago, but family members said the two remained close. Her ex-husband found her body Tuesday, bound and gagged, wrapped in a carpet in the driveway of a home that also served as her business.  Source: hawaiinewsnow.com.
