Housing authority CFO caught buying pot

The chief financial officer of the housing authority of Lowell, Mass., was allegedly caught buying two ounces of marijuana in a gas station parking lot last month, the Lowell Sun reported.

After initially denying that he purchased drugs, the housing official later admitted that he dropped $480 for a bag of pot. He is facing probation for the offense.
