New management, new technology, office upgrades and “a huge focus on lead capture” have helped Hunt ERA’s 60 agents grow sales volume by 92 percent during the first three quarters of 2013 compared to a year ago, to $51.7 million, the Albany Business Review reports.
Broker Anthony Gucciardo, one of only six agents at rival Gucciardo Real Estate Group, attributes his firm’s 67 percent growth 0ver the same period to aggressive pricing of properties, and hand-selecting agents.
