Toronto-based real estate agent Theodore Babiak, of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., says he has sellers in the pipeline whose homes he would be putting on the market if only they could find another home to buy.

Toronto is a seller’s market, but Babiak tells The Globe and Mail’s Carolyn Ireland that there are plenty of buyers and few sellers of midpriced homes. He’s expecting more inventory when the spring buying season kicks in.

“This happens year in and year out — especially between the end of January and May,” Babiak said. Source: theglobeandmail.com.
