JPMorgan Chase said to be ready to settle Fannie, Freddie claims for $4B

Federal regulators who oversee Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are reportedly nearing a $4 billion settlement with mortgage lender JPMorgan Chase, which is accused of misleading the government-sponsored entities about the quality of loans it sold them.
