As a former senior editor of Life magazine and co-founder of People, Hal Wingo knows a thing or two about photography. So he was impressed when his real estate agent, Brian Tercero of Keller Williams Realty, proposed using drone photography to market the Santa Fe, N.M., home that Wingo and his wife Paula just put on the market for $1.295 million.

Tercero recently used his droneĀ  — a DJI Phantom fitted with a GoPro Hero 3 camera — to shoot video of an 800-acre ranch that had been on the market for some time and which is now under contract, the Santa Fe New Mexican reports. Source:
