Franchise giant Keller Williams Realty has contracted with a San Diego-based tech firm, REDCareers, to boost its recruiting efforts. REDCareers uses jobs websites like Craigslist, Monster and Indeed, and employs social media campaigns to identify potential agents for Keller Williams.

REDCareers CEO Corey Wright tells the Austin Business Journal that the company expects to help Keller Williams recruit 3,000 to 5,000 agents a year. Source:
