After Long & Foster Real Estate relocated its Moorestown, N.J., office last spring into a newly renovated, 19th-century Victorian house in the historic district on Main Street, agents were able to participate in an annual “Candlelight Night” in November.

The brokerage office capitalized on its new location — “Hopkins House,” formerly occupied by a Century 21-affiliated broker — by holding a gingerbread house decorating contest that drew 358 guests, South Jersey SunNe.ws reports. Source: sj.sunne.ws.
