A Pennsylvania man who prosecutors said stalked a real estate agent he intended to rape only to be foiled when she refused to accompany him to a model home has been sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison.

Frank A. Yeager, 29, was charged with attempted rape in December after police investigating the Nov. 25 incident and other reports by Realtors searched his home and truck and found a diary detailing plans to rape a woman and commit suicide. They also found a knapsack containing duct tape, two handguns, ammunition, rope, a ski mask, metal chains and padlocks.

The Pulte Homes saleswoman who prosecutors said was Yeager’s intended victim testified that the incident has taken a signficant physical and mental toll on her. Yeager will be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life. Source: lehighvalleylive.com
