The University of Southern California has built a huge 3-D printer that can build a house in 24 hours using a set computer pattern and lots of concrete, Business Insider reported.
Behrokh Khoshnevis, the professor behind the project, says the technology will create more construction jobs. It could also reduce the cost of owning a home and make it easier to repair homes damaged by natural disasters, the news outlet said.
