The New York Attorney General is suing Donald Trump for $40 million for allegedly “causing real financial harm” to students who enrolled in his “Trump University.”

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said that the three-day seminar used Trump’s celebrity status to overcharge students and mislead them into believing that the classes they took would teach them everything they needed to know about real estate.
